Tom was great he was very clear on the process and a nice guy to talk with,and Prime does a great job. The place was very clean, easy to access. I asked for an earlier move in date and just like that it was granted.I would highly recommend.Cheapest place for the value that I found. I looked around too.

I needed to move my storage unit from Scarborough to Saco, which is closer to home. I emailed Tom Blais the GM to inquire and received a response in a very timely manner. He was very accommodating and able to answer all my questions. I was able to move right into a climate controlled unit this weekend. Thank you for everything! Access was simple and secure. The move out a couple months later was equally simple, having run into Tom at the site while clearing out, he was able to get me checked out and the account closed out that day. Will definitely use Prime on Industrial Ave, Saco again as we continue our work. Clean, easy access, even with a pickup and 16' trailer. Worked out great.
