Quick and Easy
Young man greeted me at the door with a warm and friendly smile. He was efficient and fast and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was easy to reserve online and did all the paperwork online before arriving to save time. They have many size units to fit all needs. Convenient to buy the lock right there. Overall excellent service!!!

Have had a couple of incidents in the last few years, one night got stuck inside the gate after going in, gate wouldn't let me out. Had to call the police as the number on the sign only gave me an answering machine. Plus they raise the rates almost every year. We have to shovel out the door after the plus in the winter if we want/ need in.

The office staff has been very professional and helped ful and has met all my needs! The entrance which was not level and had a super large puddle has been worked on which is great!

Gave me the run around on insurance - needed homeowners insurance to store a car. Didn’t shovel out the bays when it snowed. Increase rent by 50% two months into contract. Oh and the door was busted up so it took a while before I got the hang of being able to lock and unlock it. Do not recommend.
