Came in from out of state & although I'll have to go a little further for this location, it is 100% worth the drive! The entire move in process from beginning to end was completely online, simple as 1-2-3. Celeste was very helpful & nice & she already had the locs ready! The units are clean and AC feels amazing! 10/10 absolutely recommend

We have had multiple storage units for personal and business uses for over 24 years in multiple cities and out of state. Strong Point by far is THE BEST facility we have ever used. We have had up to 5 climate controlled units at one time (now down to 3 lol) since August 2024 and can honestly say we have zero complaints!!!! The cleanliness, security equipment, access, and customer service has been phenomenal!!! I was completely overwhelmed when I first met the property manager, Celeste, because I was not only moving my daughter into her college freshman dorm, I was also moving myself, my Mom, and my business (storage unit required) from Arkansas to Louisiana all at once. I needed four different accounts set up with contracts, proof of insurance and decisions on what size of units per account. Celeste was a LIFE SAVER!!!! I was so stressed and very emotional with all of the life changes at once. She was so sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, and had the patience of Job while showing me all of the different size options, setting up the accounts, contracts, and insurance. She eased the burden and made the transition seamless!!!!! I can never thank her enough. We just renewed our contracts and once again, she was awesome! In the beginning, I had such a great experience that my boyfriend (now husband) requested a tour with Celeste. He had storage units at two different locations and constantly stayed frustrated with both businesses due to security issues, break ins, units were disgustingly filthy, codes not working, etc. constantly raising prices without notification and overall poorly managed. He is also a happy customer at Strong Point and said he would never ever go back anywhere else. I agree. Prices are also very reasonable for climate controlled units and worth every penny!!!!! They definitely maintain the climate control temperatures like they are supposed to. I had pharmaceutical samples in a climate controlled unit in Arkansas bc the pills have to be stored within a certain temperature and my unit was always too warm in the warmer months. I got dinged during one of my yearly audits bc the temps were too warm (I didn't realize it) and had to call the storage unit owner to report it while the auditor was still standing there to request something be done immediately. I also had to ship the samples back to corporate to be destroyed and could have lost my job over it. Needless to say, as long as I need storage units, they will be at Strong Point...and Celeste can never leave. Lol!!!!!

Celeste was great! & so is Emily 🤟🏻 The ac is great, the carts to roll everything to the elevator is great, everything was clean & all done online. It was the smoothest process I’ve ever had with any storage unit honestly, I’ve always hated dealing with them! 100% recommend. Side note: my 2 year old loved it too 😂

Celeste is absolutely providing top tier customer service! I reserved my unit online coming in from another state, showed up, and she was prepared and informative. She walked me to my unit, brought me a trolly, and even had the unit nice and ready for me. The unit is definitely climate controlled, storage side is spacious and easy to maneuver around, and the property inside and out is clean! The elevators and multiple trolleys for customer use is greatly appreciated.

Celeste was awesome! She saw me arrive and offered to lift the big door so my truck could be backed in for easy access to the storage, brought us trailers from the front of the building, and brought us towels to wipe my things down with - we moved when it was raining. Great customer service!
