I have rented many storage units in Shreveport and bossier and hands down the best facility is Best Yet Storage. Facility is very clean and well kept, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I will continue to use them for all my storage needs.

Colby Rae HendersonVery clean facility and exceptionally secure. The environment feels safe not sketchy like a lot of storage unit places around here. The units are located inside with some air conditioning they are pull down shop doors. You can access your belongings within very reasonable timeframes through out the day! It is gate accessed by code! The service at this place was beyond exceptional! It’s been a very long time since I’ve received friendly, courteous, and respectable service! She was the sweetest woman and very informative. She answered all the questions I had and didn’t get frustrated at any point in time when explaining herself. She was happy to help us and my daughter and I were very happy with the whole experience! They also offer a 50$ referral program and I was offered a unit at a discounted rate for my first month, which actually came in such handy and was such a blessing. Overall 10/10! Definitely Recommend
Tina MoserPhenomenal staff and pristine facility! Our team walked in tired and sweaty and we were met by Ms. Mary and Ms. Tanya with warm welcomes and cold water. They were well-organized and able to answer every question and to meet every need. Ms. Mary gave us a tour of the facility and helped us to discern the best value to meet our needs. We chose a 10x10 unit and it was immaculate.
