The online process to rent a unit was simple and quick. The only issue through that system was the 10 digit gate code it generated during the setup process. When I arrived on site, the gate code did not work, and the office was closed, so I was not able to gain access to my unit the same day as advertised. Come to find out 10 digit codes are not recognized by the keypad. Once the office reopened, the staff reached out and took care of everything. The facilities are clean, clearly marked, and easily accessible, but the best part is that the rates are affordable!
