Excellent customer service. From my initial inquiry to my actual move-in, customer service was exceptional.
Since Lisa has become the manager she is doing an outstanding job. I've been there 6 plus years. Couldn't be happier now. Lisa is taking care of the gate that hasn't worked for years. It stopped closing so its been left open. That has been a battle for a couple of years and the previous owners always shrugged it off or blamed covid even though all of this broke before covid. The entire purpose of the automatic gates is to keep customers, employees safe, and our units secure. Since Lisa came she has showed great concern for the facility and took her own initiative to get the gates fixed adding more lights outside and trying to get a dumpster like the other facility she manages. She is fantastic and very receptive to questions. Pay her good so she'll stay please
