I changed the size of my unit, so I moved into unit 3362, and my move date changed to March 13th. Even though I changed my unit, I continued to get emails concerning my original unit and move in date. I am very happy with the security of the building, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. My only concern is that I went to the office Friday, March 17 two times prior to noon and after noon during the posted office hours. I needed to drop off proof of homeowners insurance. The office was locked with no staff present both times. Perhaps more staff is needed to keep the office open during posted times. Otherwise, my experience has been excellent.
Place is always clean and staff helpful. I've had a unit since 2014 and have always had great experience. The people who work here are always friendly. I've never had any problems with anything. Very satisfied customer.
I had a very good experience with the representative at Storage Sense in Bossier City. She was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I explained that I had bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and other household items, and she helped me understand what size storage unit I would need to make sure everything would fit. I also told her I would need the unit for about 2 to 3 months, and she explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her help, and her customer service was excellent.
I have been renting a 10'by10' climate controlled unit at the Bossier City Storage Sense, Airline Dr since January 2025. Overall I have been very pleased the facility. However, the increase in monthly rental cost has been terrible. I was given a discounted introductory price of $49.50/ mo for 4 months, then my montly rental increased to $99 in May 2025. In July 2025 my monthly rent was increased again to $118. Then in April 2026 my monthly rent increased to $140. This is disgusting that my monthly rent has increased by 40% in less than 9 months. I have called the local office asking for an explanation and cannot get one. The local management cannot make adjustments for my rent. I was not given phone numbers or email to contact the corporate office. I was advised to make a Google Review so the corporate management would contact me. What an unprofessional manner of running a busines. At this time , I will pursue a reduction in monthly rent or I will soon be cancelling my rental. Sincerely John Goodhart
Top notch staff and property. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are certainly the best! (prices are very competitive, priced just right) I am a repeat customer, and solely because of how friendly, professional and efficient the lovely ladies are in front! They've helped me though more than one issue there ( due to nasty divorce!) and they had genuine concern ( not fake and rude) I can't say enough about how wonderful the ladies are there! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who will listen! Oh, and the property is well kept and clean. What more can you ask for?
Long-Time Customer Disappointed by Rate Increase We have been loyal Storage Sense customers for over 15 years, and we have never experienced anything like this. Starting January 2026, our monthly rate is going up over $100 a month with no clear explanation or added value. After so many years of consistent business, this sudden and extreme increase feels unfair and very disappointing. Long-term customers deserve better pricing, and appreciation for their loyalty.
Moved out due to the rudeness of the manager and front desk person. They don't answer the phones, you have to call the corporate number to get them to get them to answer the phone. I was a long time customer and have taken my business to a local owner facility due to the rudeness of the manager and front desk person.
