YALL, Storage Center is amazing! We came to drop things off at our unit and in the process lost my phone. 😀Ms. Beth stuck with us and helped us for 2 hours, we looked up and down the highway all around the property and she was right there with us! We finally gave up hope and left. We were in the parking lot of the phone store when she called us back and found it! She had kept looking for us even though she didn’t have too! Storage Center please give this woman a raise she was amazing and so helpful I highly recommend you store your items here! Amazing ❤️ THANK YOU MS.BETH
erickalove pearsonDon't rent here Kori the front desk person is unprofessional and doesn't appreciate you adding for what you need Benazir it will create more work for him. Didn't give me weekday I asked for the unit I initially took was at and had mud. To which he didn't think was a problem. This was after he couldn't find my reservation and then proceeded to tell me my unit didn't qualify for move in special. Then after taking my money and having my sign the docs I have to ask what unit he was annoyed I was still standing there. If you don't like to talk to people find something else to do. Left and found a nice unit down the street on staring. All for Lisa she's amazing.
Kaitlin HarrisAfter fully clearing out my unit, I requested some form of written confirmation or receipt confirming the unit’s closure. The male stated that he could not provide that nor when I could receive a final bill/what would be on it. Corporate has been contacted! Bad business!
