One star is too generous. My storage unit was broken into and management/ownership could not care less. They advertise security cameras, but they don’t work. The gate doesn’t even close, making it wide open for thieves. The so-called “on-site manager” doesn’t exist, and when I tried to get help, I was met with zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero solutions. I lost irreplaceable items and all I got was a shrug. To make matters worse, the property is a complete eyesore—6ft weeds everywhere, completely neglected. This place is unsafe, dishonest, and run into the ground. Do yourself a favor and store your belongings anywhere else.

Fantastic Storage Facility! I’m extremely impressed with this storage facility. The service is outstanding, and the management team is both professional and helpful. Although I'm not local, I rent this storage for my family's equipment, and everything has been seamless. The location is perfect and very convenient, and you really get great value for your money. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable storage!

The staff and management are incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth even though I’m not local. I store my family’s equipment here, and it’s been hassle-free. The location is convenient, and the value for the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for secure and well-managed storage!

The site manager was helpful in he information to the police after our Camper was stolen on Black Friday 2023. That’s the only good thing I can say about this facility. The fact that their 3rd party insurance will drag their feet and not do their job is not necessarily the properties problem. It’s apparently to easy for someone to purchase a lot, get a code and steal other honest hard working people property. And we are not the first people this has happened to! Good price sure! But be ready for your property to be stolen and your “storage insurance” you paid for to not do squat when this happens.

My husband and I spent 3 days trying to rent a parking space for our RV. No one was available to show us the facility before we rented it. The only people we could talk to could only pass messages to the site manager. We had to wait several hours to get a call back. Finally we rented a spot and got a gate code. Before trying to park our 39ft 5th wheel we went to look at it. The entry and exit would be very difficult to get a 5th wheel through. The parking space was an overgrown field. See photo. That was 2 hours ago and no one has called us yet.
