Update 1/26: Recently I was no longer in need of storage space so I moved out of my unit at this facility. Angel, the new manager, personally assisted me and and made sure my exit went smoothly. He answered all my questions, provided excellent service, and demonstrated that he truly cared. I have had a great experience with this company for the 16 months I have rented a unit. The facility is modern, high-tech, secure, convenient, and clean. What more could you ask for? The people running this are doing a great job. If you want to change to a different size unit, be sure to go through customer service so that you will be given credit for the rest of the current month that you already paid. I did this wrong by trying to do it myself online. Luckily the district manager Chris reached out to me and remedied the situation so that I did not feel cheated.

When I first moved in, this place was great. I recently found out that was because it was brand new. It has gone down considerably since then. The place doesn't get cleaned often. I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. The office hours are wrong and there is almost never anyone here and they keep the bathrooms locked. Truly, go anywhere else. They've recently changed my price without letting me know and per usual, I am unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone.

Angel was the best. He helped with anything I needed and was very knowledgeable on how to do things. It is nice to be able to come in and see someone that is kind and with a smile.

So many things wrong with this place I don't know where to begin. I spoke with three different people AND the customer service 800 number to let them know I was going to be late as there were some additional charges that kept popping up. I have NEVER been anywhere near 30 days late or anything else. THEY CUT OFF MY $60 LOCK. Put on one of their locks and dude on the phone started laughing when I asked him if they cut off my lock! How is this funny?? I honestly think they did this to go through my things to see what they could take. The rates keep changing, the customer service is horrible, no one is ever there, and the place is dirty. I wish I had NEVER started this. However, this will my last month there and I will never do business with them again. I have 2 more units in other states with PS and will be moving all of my things out of all of them POSTHASTE!!!!
