Instructions for entry are vague at best. Some location specific brief instructional videos could be a great asset for this operation IMHO...
The on site.mgr.never showed up.Had to call in she helped me get in.Now we still have to go to the site .To get the billing done right.We killed 2 hours .We had reservations for 2:00 no one let us know. Not happy.
Marcus was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made it really easy to rent our unit and get what we needed.
Jake was very helpful and was able to take care of my needs today setting up my new account. However the next day we unloaded items into the unit and when pulling the door down it apparently went off track. It was the weekend so no one was in the office. We ended up having to reload everything back on the vehicle because the door was stuck halfway down. Very frustrating! Shouldn’t there be an emergency number for customers to call on the weekend for instances like this?
