Online says first month is $19 dollars
I was excited to pay for a storage unit that would only cost me $19 bucks, but I ended up paying $77 when I got it.

It's good the staff friendly clean could be a little cheaper but other then that it's a good place
Last minute rental for climate controlled storage
Manager was extremely helpful & accommodating for last minute rental. Price was great compared to other companies.Helped me decide on smaller cheaper unit.Nice! Also I got paperwork done & payment processed quickly so movers could get in. Reason for 3 stars is probably my fault for not seeing unit /location before. Arrived at night in dark.Location wasn't where I thought.Hard to find in dark w no signs telling you where to go. I drove through a river to get in -frustrated bc I didn't see it.More signs & a better lit entrance would be nice. Didn't realize how big the place was. Lucky there were nice ppl who helped find right area & shared ppl had problems w cockroaches, which totally freaked me out & some units got water.They had some problems with rent being increased significantly more than they could afford.Hoping none of these issues affect me.Heard from others about break-ins & thefts &/or damage.Not well lit-esp when looking for entrance in dark .I wasn't expecting it to not have actual ceiling, since it's supposed to be climate controlled. I have antique & items I'll be very upset if damaged. I thought w address on river Dr was going to be closer but that's my fault. It's clear down off Rockingham road & not in best/safest area, especially with it being so dark. Inside the building is better lit & very impressed with size of unit & amt of space.I have 5x10 & w my items in, I have plenty of room for more. So again I appreciate manager helping me decide what size I needed & saving me $$. Hopefully it will be okay & I won't have any issues I was told about. I'm not sure how month to month billing goes. I'll give it a month & if I don't have any problems I'll update my review to 4-5 stars.

It's clean. I have never personally seen a human employee at this site. I know that there must be someone who stops by to overlook people's units(they do not however remove them, literally a part of their job in my opinion. The entrance is very hard to see at night. There are pot holes all over the parking lot, I've lost ideas in some of them. So it seems to be an absentee owner situation unless you owe them money. To be fair a few times Alex has answered the phone, and has been helpful.

Jeremy SmithVery clean storage units and climate control is excellent. It's 22 degrees outside but I can take my coat off inside while putting things away. Great place and fair price. Lots of units to choose from. Plus I have not had any problems with rodents. I was worried about that.

I didn't know what size unit i needed but I told her what I had and she directed me to a size. Even when she was busy and I couldn't find carts she took time to find them in the building and bring them to my unit. I would recommend this place just because of her customer service skills. A+
