There are certain points I specifically look for when I'm searching for outside storage. Price of course is a large factor. But personally after price I look at accessibility, can I get to it after hours and is it secured so no one else can get to it after hours. And how much do I need to involve administration for any extenuating circumstances, is there basically a self-help portal or the means to solve issues myself because administration isn't always going to be available and I wouldn't expect them to be. But on the flip side how accessible is administration when I need their involvement. Those are the three things I consider important for me. So in a nutshell I priced all storage units in the area and this was by far the most reasonable. I am able to do nearly everything myself. There are codes to get into the facility and they are long codes so not easily cracked. The place is very well maintained and secure. All units are easily accessible once in the gate. The landscape is flat and well maintained. And it's clean, which isn't a security factor but it makes you feel good pulling in and seeing how well kept it is. And administration - they are stellar. Responses have been nearly immediate when I've had to reach out to them even after hours and on weekends. They are extremely approachable and do everything they can to make anything to do with storage a non-issue in your life. This is the third time I've had to utilize storage and I have never had one flow this perfect. I greatly appreciate being able to do everything online without having to involve anyone else. And a little side note, they give you a welcome box when you rent from them that includes a t-shirt and a lock. That's also a first. Thank you for such a simple stress-free opportunity. They checked boxes I didn't even know needed checked.

Really easy to use. They kind of have this down to a science. I signed up online and that same day I was able to get into my unit. I have used them twice now for different times when I needed storage and have had seem less excellent experiences both times getting my unit, using it, and ending my use.
