Miss Shirley is always so helpful. The facility is clean and quiet. The location is ideal for downtown living.
Sara LouberPaid extra for climate controlled storage since my daughter was leaving her dorm items in it all summer and we wanted them to remain in a great condition. Opened the unit after three months and was greeted with mold on multiple items in one corner of the unit. I don't know if the roof leaked or what but a lot of her items in that corner are ruined. There were ants, spiders and other bugs and all of her clothes had an old musty smell to it which shouldn't be the case because it was the largest unit and it wasn't even a quarter full. Extremely disappointing and out several hundred dollars for damaged items. I do not recommend in the slightest.
