I rented a unit for my personal classroom supplies for the summer. Unata was very helpful and made the process quick and easy, but when I arrived I realized the unit would not be big enough for what I needed. I contacted them on a Sunday that was also a holiday and let them know that I didn’t believe the unit was gonna be big enough and asked if I could upgrade it and they were happy to upgrade it. It took less than five minutes, and I was able to get everything I needed in the storage unit and I will have have room to move around and sort out things over the summer that I don’t need anymore. Great experience!

Stephanie ChaviraHorrible! They claim A 5 x10 unit can fit the furnishings of a mid-sized bedroom Not true! I called and said it was too small for what I had. They gave me $37.00 back from the $105.00 I didn't even go inside the unit what a horrible rip off. Greedy!!!!!
