Such a very nice facility. We really appreciate the security system having the peace of mind knowing that our stuff is protected and kept in climate controlled environment. Access is easy and the price is very affordable and fair. Charity, the manager is always available for us whenever we need her with just a phone call! We couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier! We would highly recommend.

We have been renters from Valparaiso self storage for quite some years now. The manager Charity is always available with her direct cell phone number whenever anything is needed. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s right there to help us. The facility is very clean and very well equipped with security system. I have no disappointments, but then whatsoever, and would highly recommend them to anybody.

The place is centrally, located and easy to get in and out of. Charity was prompt in her responses and answered all my questions. And their rates are better than anyone else’s!

They always send reminders when payments are due and send updates when there are changes to policies. I have only had one issue making a payment and Charity was so helpful and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Overall I have had a 10/10 experience!
james dyeDo not rent from these people! They outsource their call center to India or somewhere and make it next to impossible to cancel! They will put you on hold for near 30 min trying to cancel then they won’t until “upper management” reviews it and they charge you more. This place is a scam, do not do business with these people if you like your money!
