This place is a nightmare. It is filthy and infested with mice ruining everything you have in the unit urinating and pooping on everything! Then there are the roaches crawling all over the unit. I lost a lot after storing with lighthouse storage. I did report the issues with the rodents and bugs taking over the unit and all I get was “we are sorry to hear about your bad experience” and the best part is this reply to the email I sent! While our rental agreement specifies that tenants are responsible for the condition of their stored belongings, we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Seriously!!! I was in the unit 1 year and 2 months and only the last 2 months the mice took over with their little roach friends. My belongings were perfect when I put them in the unit! Stay far away from this place! Even the cameras are a false sense of security I passed by several times and the door was propped open for anyone and anything to enter and I stopped and shut the door so my BELONGINGS did not get taken by someone breaking in. DO NOT RENT HERE! No pest control, no real security and the disgusting nature of the environment look elsewhere!

Janine was quick, polite and professional. We used Lighthouse last year also, both times the people were nice, and the sign up and closing were easy.

In summary: They don't honor agreed pricing, if there is an issue with their door/gates it's your problem not theirs. Clean enough units, fairly climate controlled. They recently updated the payment system which is nice. The day I was scheduled to move my stuff into my storage unit, the locust Street location keypads we're not working. It was December and pouring nearly freezing rain and I was on the phone with customer service for a few hours. After much deliberation the customer service rep told me I could get a larger unit at the Park Ave location for the same price as the one I was trying to access. I had all my stuff in a rented vehicle. Then their systems went down and I couldn't officially rent the other unit. All was well as they gave me a different access code and told me to pick a unit in the building in a certain block that was the slightly larger size. I was then told to break the seal on that unit and call the next day to re put down the deposit and everything. I did so and the new customer service rep was incredibly rude and refused to honor the price of my original unit. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the first customer service rep was new and was trying her best. She was an angel. The units are clean enough and I haven't had any mold or bug issues. The gate is broke and stuck open more often than not. So anyone can get in if they wanted.

It was so easy to reserve a storage unit online! The unit was clean and we had access to it within minutes of reserving it. Area seems secure and I like that there is 24/7 access to it. It’s well lit at dark. The price is comparable to other places in town.
