Excellent experience all around
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, AND AM GONNA RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ALL MY FRIENDS
I received info from spare foot re my unit, pricing etc. I reserved an indoor unit with temperature control. When I visited the unit for the first time - on a Sunday - I found I needed a code to get inside the building in which my unit was located. I was not given a code. I called the 800 number. The operator called the district mgr who opened the door remotely. I called the next morning to get the code. The Jeffersonville office wasnテ「竄ャ邃「t open yet ( where the mgr sits) and the operator didnテ「竄ャ邃「t know how to get me a code. I called the Jeffersonville office again during office hours when I arrived at the storage facility. No one answered. I called the 800 # again and that operator was finally able to get me a code by asking for my birth date and looking at my records. No other operator did that. In the meantime, the operator I talked to on Sunday had put in a msg to the office about my not having a code. I did not receive a call back for at least 5-6 days. By then Iテ「竄ャ邃「d already gotten the code. The whole thing was a cluster.
There are two easy ways to secure a unit at this storage facility
