Customer service called to verify my reserved unit and explained the costs and billing information. Customer service representative was professional and polite reminding me that I can call back if I needed anymore assistance. With a digit pin entry gate and an app on the phone, I was able to get in the secured storage area with ease. Using your own phone and downloading the app you can open your unit with the keyless entry program. Just make sure you have your bluetooth turned on because you won't be able to access the unit lock without it. Overall, very satisfied with the whole thing. I'm glad to know my belongings are safe and secure at Diamond Storage. Located in La Porte Indiana.

This has been a great experience. From the first phone call on, everyone has been helpful, nice, and truly made sure I was able to get exactly what I needed. The unit is brand new and I really like the Noke system for accessing my unit. You won't be disappointed!
This company is great to deal with. Everyone is very nice and communicates promptly whenever you need something. The unit I have is new and very secure. It is clean and well cared for. I like that they have the app to use when accessing your unit. Also it is very well lit at all times. I highly recommend them!
The facility is nice. The storage areas are also great as they are vinyl covered to protect your stuff. However, the website omits information, lacks functionality, and their customer service is not very helpful. Specifically, if you choose any date after the 6th as your autopay date, you will be charged a late fee. I set my date monthly from the day that I moved-in and incurred a late fee. When reaching out to their customer service, I explained this. She acknowledged that the site does not provide all relevant information, stated that I missed a call from them, but stated that the late fee was valid. I explained that they left a voicemail stating that they were calling to confirm my account, successful move-in, that I have the app on my device, and that the 12th was the correct autopay. She continued to insist that the late fee is valid. Please be aware that all information may not be clearly communicated, or not communicated at all, about billing and payment processing. I had hoped calling would have helped, but the customer service rep only would respond with the late fee is valid and refused to make any adjustments to the account. I am not sure she could have removed it even if she wanted to, especially after I explained that nothing had been communicated about their billing practices, but that is why I am giving this storage unit 2 stars.

The rental process is so easy and seamless. The units are done well and I can get my stuff easily whenever I want. Added bonus that I can choose to enter the unit without checking in with anyone but people are available if I have issues. The facility seams secure.
