I was able to make one call on a Saturday to find out if there was any availability for the size unit I needed. He held it for a couple of hours while I checked out the area. I was able to get everything that day! The company required some king of insurance and I paid for a lock I didn't need, but the manage told me I can bring it in for a refund. I highly recommend using this service.
