Jennyfer NumberoneExtremely frustrated with my experience. First. They have a big sign that says "first month free", but when I asked why I didn't receive a free month, I was told it was only certain units. Next, they just raised my bill out of nowhere. An extra $20 a month for no reason. Also, I always pay my bill, IF I forgot and received a call or text, I would immediately pay. For some reason, this month they did not reach out. And after 6 days, ... 6!... they tagged on an additional **$20** late fee. They also locked my unit so I could not access it. I paid the bill, but there was NO ONE working to take the lock off.... No courtesy call, No heads up. I just find out that they locked the unit when I showed up to access my items and there was nothing I could do... I left a message with customer support and also left a voicemail with the location, but No return call.... It's obvious they don't care about their customers
ReeseDO NOT RENT HERE!!! The steal your stuff and lie about. I had my stuff here for 3 months while moving from Texas. I get back and my lock is cut off all my stuff is gone and I’ve been paying on this storage monthly. They say it must be a theft.. so someone else came in through your locked gate cut off my lock cleared out my unit and put another lock in the unit and a ready to rent tag on it? Said they would pull the cameras and still haven’t so I’ll be making a police report so they can pull the cameras. This place is a scam avoid it
