I accidentally reserved the wrong unit and when I emailed the staff about it they called me in like 10 minutes. I was very surprised but they helped me find the one I reserved and then helped me reserve the correct one.

St. Joseph ave location (corner of st. Joe and diamond) No lights in parking area, no access to climate rooms from behind gate. No maintenance ever done while we rented here. Lightbulbs didn't put out enough light to see to put labels on product boxes and when the timed lights went out it was BLACK. NO EMERGENCY LIGHT UP SIGN....Just have to feel your way out. When we were able to talk to a staff member off site they were kind and helpful. Security gate was broken and stood open the entire month of July giving access to anyone who walked or drove through it. No public restroom so you had to close everything up and drive to gas station everytime. Dirty dirty dirty. Unit had to be cleaned prior to us moving our products in and the walls were thin sheetrock with large holes patched with Cheap plastic light plates. No security, dirty, horrible lighting inside and out, front door frame rotted through and not secure, extra charge in first month, no lock provided, no staff on site and didn't answer phone most of the time. for the same price as others offering all emenities expected when storing property I have rented from this facility in the past and loved them but this location on St. Joseph Ave needs to be half the price as other locations and maintained. We would not recommend this particular location.
