**Updating my review** As previously mentioned, the facility is clean with easy access and simple account management. I can now follow up that the site managers are active and attentive to concerns and followed up to my previous review personally. They were able to make adjustments to satisfy my concerns. My only caution is to be prepared for yearly rate hikes. However, I can't say if they are any worse than other storage places in the area because I haven't needed to change. Public Storage reacted and took care of me before I could even make a call. Very much appreciated.
George SobekGreat facility, super clean, well maintained, and has high security. Darlene the location manager is the hidden gem there she has a great personality and a life saver. She made sure the signup was smooth; even though i had a tech. issue on my end, she walked me through it on the call till we fixed it. And when I checked the unit later n found an issue, she came to the site on her day off and solved it on the spot. True definition of above n beyond, wish I could give more than 5 star.

Lindsay MuellerTerrible experience at this location - we were unable to ever get in touch with anyone regarding our move out for further instructions or questions on the day of move out. The phone number listed initially for the Brownsburg location was disconnected, then was a number for a different location. Husband went to the kiosk twice the day of the move out with questions and was given a number that again, lead him no where. Now being charged for the month + late fee despite vacating and scheduling the move out on the app because the lock was left but we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to figure out what to do with the lock. Was told we received a voicemail the day of our scheduled move out however I have no record of this in my voice mail box.
