Extra Space Storage has been great! My son has been using the storage unit for the last year and half. It is clean and feels safe. I would recommend using them if your kid is at IU. Also, Bambi was very nice on the phone and even extended our lease a few days for free which was greatly appreciated!
Pepper100% the best experience I've ever had with a storage unit facility, The staff is so helpful and so kind. I have used this facility for a few years and honestly I can't recommend them enough! The folks that work here are always so kind and understanding and helpful too!! And they have always been so understanding and kind even when I was occasionally late on payments, and even though this particular facility is not the closest one to me it's definitely my go-to from here on out because of the wonderfull experience I've had here. Honestly if you need a storage unit here in Bloomington I cannot recommend this place enough.
J DBambie was the best!! I was able to call her and retain 4 storage units with a phone call which made my life and my time which is so important to me as a very busy business owner!! Would highly recommend extra space storage and know they you are in the best possible hands!!
Brandi StogsdillOverall my experience with Extra Space Storage was great. My only complaint is I paid extra for a temperature controlled unit but my unit got quite hot over the summer. It was at the end of the building so perhaps the AC just didn’t reach it. However most of my items survived so it’s not a huge deal. The staff I interacted with at move in and move out were friendly and helpful. It was easy to book a unit online and pay rent online.
