Easier than expected!
It was easy to reserve and get into the unit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the app access. No more getting out of the car to punch in a code you can't find! The woman working the desk and helping me was super nice and helpful.
Easy reservation online.
The reservation process was a breeze. They emailed the unit number, gate code, temporary combination lock combination, and a map showing the location of the unit. When I arrived there was a welcome bag on the floor of the unit that included a keyed lock that was included in the reservation fee.

Muhammad SiddiquiI have multiple large units in one of their facility. The staff is extremely professional and try to accommodate all our requests. Their customer service is excellent Climate controlled units are the best. Their non climate controlled units have many problems. Starting with only flimsy drywall partitions between units on metal frame with no plywood or any board to support it. There are holes in the walls and you can see the contents of your neighbors unit.. Your next door neighbor can also gain access to your unit easily. The partition should be cinder blocks to maintain security. Some of the units have missing light bulbs. The ceiling is too high to reach without a tall ladder. The main gate has been broken for months and kept open 24x7. Finally, the dumpster is overflowing and not emptied since I became tenant
