Rental Rating
The attendant was very helpful and informative when we went to the location for a rental. When we returned with items to store the attendant was staying later than her shift to let a renter finish using a cart before she locked it up and left for the night. The location is very clean.

Adriana is helpful. Even when she has a difficult in the office before I get there she is always friendly.

Eyla VMy rent never started at this and every few months it’s been going up 40-50 a month, and I guess next month it’s gonna be above $300 but here it is for 182. Same unit. So they must think either people are stupid or that we won’t move It is not “climate controlled” in the summer The sweat will pour off of you and in the winter, you’ll think you’re outside on top of that I was in there at about 8:40 last night (before their closing time of 9 pm) I got done slightly after that I wanna believe it was around 9:15 and I was not aware I could not be in there past the time once I was already in there Everyone else that has storage units, including somebody that was there with me so as long as you’re there before the time you should be allowed to be in there I got a lovely call chastising me today from Samantha, for being in there saying I would need to “pay extra to access it past 9 PM” $40…. For 15 minutes, to which I was never told this policy to which I was unaware of I was apologetic and it would never happen again and I’m already paying well over the market rate for any unit in the area and what you see online which of course I’ve never done and probably will never go there that late again it was a one time thing and I lost track of time like a human being. I hate to have to take off work to move, but it looks like that’s what I’m going to have to do when my rate is due to increase I will be moving I guess I’ve heard they don’t care about their people because when I move out some other poor sap will move in there. Like people say they need us we don’t need them
