This place is new, freshly clean & the office staff Cheryl & Dan are great! Friendly, caring & personable. They make sure you have the right size unit for all your belongings & even if you need another unit or another size, they’re very helpful with meeting your needs. They help you with a smile & a joke or 2 which makes your moving experience less stressful & seamless!. I rate this storage facility & staff overall a 5! The perfect choice!
Virginia ToepferWhat a great experience! I must have driven Dan crazy with all of my calls but one would never know it. And then when we came into finalize the space Dan was outstanding — thought of our questions and gave us answers before we could even ask them and explained the contract and the “small print”. He gave us counsel on the best use the storage, how to best get in and out, etc. The location is very very clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this location on 111th and Rte 30 in Plainfield. Thanks Dan!
