Andy - the Facility Manager got back to my wife yesterday & today telling her she'll get the credit back of a month rent since we took out all our stuff in the storage eventhough it's been a couple days now he still credit it back to our bank account. Thank so much Andy!!! And to John who is also very nice to us got back to my wife he called her bck fter the holiday.
