Nikki HornbackDrove over 2 hours to get my stuff out of the unit just for the key to not work and be charged for "customer" lock to be drilled even though the lock was from the company and was given to me with one (1) key when I first opened the unit. Also just finding out a year later that previous workers were stealing from the units, including mine. The individual working also told me his managers were on vacation, only to tell my mom less than 10 minutes later than he is the manager. Don't use this place, they're not honest with their customers. ETA after Company Reply: it was not because it was late. They called me saying there had been some thefts "in the area" and asked if I was okay with them putting another lock on it. I wasn't able to get back up there to the unit for several months, unfortunately. They didn't mention the thefts "in the area" was at this facility, much less that it was their own employees.
