Great customer service at a facility I can trust
We stumbled upon CubeSmart from the internet and were immediately delighted with the customer service. We walked right in and were able to view the different sizes. The manager was upfront regarding pricing and how the best use the space. We felt confident walking away knowing our items will be secure. There is a gate around the facility for added protection.

We were rushed in needing a storage space and they were very helpful immediately with great hours. An actual person is there to help. It is so refreshing.
Cortney FormanHorrendous experience. The lady(s) are snotty and had an attitude each time I called...or they called. I won a storage unit on auction. Paid for a uhaul. Was going to head to clean out unit and got an email it was "canceled" no call from her or anything. But she sure called quick for payment after we won. CROOKS HERE!! They clearly cannot do business and "labeled the dates wrong in the paper" so the auction wasn't legal. In her (Ashley's) words. Which is recorded. I don't know how people like this are even hired. If I was the owner I'd be humiliated to have someone like this representing my business. This is being reported to the state for investigation. Consumer protection!!! I hope you have your records straight. This is NOT how to do GOOD business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
