Fantastic Experience
I would recommend Public Storage to anyone needing a storage facility.
Very easy online process
I arranged for the unit on the morning I needed it. Arrived two hours later and the unit was cleaned and ready for me to store my items. The lock and paperwork were in the unit as stated.

No one was in the office so the next morning I went to pick up a car cover that was in my empty locker and Deb tried to tell That I would have to pay for one more month when I’ve moved out and my storage unit is empty and they’re trying to bill me. Do not……I repeat do not use this Company! Ever! I wrote this post on October 1st

Lynn MoistHave rented here many years. Always impressed with cleanliness and how well maintained this facility is. Never any trash around. Diane has been super helpful & friendly in my interactions with her. She represents Pubic Storage well. Recently painted facility looks great. Called customer service, rated 3, very difficult to understand, often asked her to repeat. Disconnected before I could ask for confirmation number for my request. Call immediately went to rate call. Rated, wasn't acknowledged, asked again to rate 3 additional times before I became frustrated & hung up.
