dweil1808Renters beware: It's all good when you start with them, and you'll happily give them five-star reviews, but know that there's zero loyalty for long-term (3+ years) customers. We got jacked with a 31% increase after years of being great paying customers. We prepaid for most years annually. Now there is no incentive to, just a "maybe they'll keep you at the same rate if you do, but no guarantees" response to the question. We feel taken advantage of. #stuck
