This facility has outdone all others and not only met but exceeded all expectations. Megan went above and beyond from the moment I made the first inquiry to reservation and even waited for my carﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s delivery to ensure it all went smooth. She went above and beyond in every possible way. The entire staff here is awesome. Way to go truly!!!
Two ladies one was name Jan were really nice answer all my questions. Place is excellent condition nice and clean. I will recommend it to any of my family and friends.

This was the first time i have ever rented storage space and i am rating this based on this experience. Gina ( person that helped me at the Glendale heights location ) was extremely helpful and informative. She answered all of my questions and explained everything to my satisfaction. She gave me a tour of the storage facility and how to get around to my unit by taking different routes. i had a very positive experience at this store and would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Great service.
The site manager, Jen I think?, was excellent to work with and your facility is very clean, safe and accessible.
