Zoheb HiraniHow many months to fix an elevator? Believe me when I say I delayed myself to write this post. I wanted to write it a month ago. Also temp has been far below 60 degrees everytime i visit. Claim climate control but I have come to find fabrics to be shrunk from the conditions or hdmi cables feeling very stiff from cold weather This location has somehow been better than others but still suffers from very fixable things. Hope you can improve.
Curtis REven though the elevator was down during my visit, Tracy went above and beyond to provide excellent service. She kept me informed the whole time and even reached out to let me know once the elevator was back up and running. Her professionalism, communication, and positive attitude made all the difference. Truly outstanding customer service!
