Great customer service, fast, and easy!
I was not on site when my vehicle was transported to storage site, and the entire transaction was handled very well.
It was all done and completed so fast. Customer service was wonderful.
The rep I spoke with via phone was really great. She proactively provided super helpful information regarding no contact entry and sign up. The process to download the app and getting access code was easy and painless. I love the drive up entry and there's a closing time to access the storage facility.
