Rebecca was very helpful; the best experience I’ve had at Public Service. Was quick and efficient and just a nice person explained everything about the lock system and the keys. Was in and out in 15 minutes, and assisted with helping me put an authorized person on my account
They raised our rental unit cost from 286 to 400 for our 10x16 unit. We have only been customers here for four months. Following up. We found a space the same size at Extra Storage less than a mile away for 100$. This location is still trying to charge me despite moving out. If you are leaving, remove your automatic payments.

BEWARE, the manager Shawna is very rude. I was charged for a full month of rental that I DID NOT USE. I was told I would get a refund by the customer service agent there and she became aware of it and blocked and denied the refund after the fact even though I was not ever provided with the rental unit and was told I would be refunded. Shawna admit that the unit I was charged for and never got was already rented to someone else, so she was keeping my full month of rent and also keeping the full month of rent from the next renter so she was being paid DOUBLE for the same unit by 2 separate people. I said okay, I would speak to corporate and then she went in a locked my account so they were unable to assist me. I called back and she admit she locked my account as an attempt to stop corporate from assisting me. So I had to open up a claim/report with the higher up in corporate. Be very careful renting here, you will have wrongful charges and the management at this location will do everything in her power to block you from a refund.
