The storage unit is a nice size.
The only issue I had was I asked can they put me on the 1st floor the man told me yes and instead put me in the 4th floor.

Don’t rent there! The loading dock is out of order and they don’t tell you. Other renters said it’s been out of order for weeks. Nobody on site during office hours, phone remains unanswered and you can only leave a message. They expect you carry up your stuff the steps while the loading dock is broken. No notice on website or in lease confirmation. Terminated the lease right away since I wasn’t able to bring in my items. Lady on the phone - when she finally called back - was not helpful.
