Friendly Staff & Super Clean Facility
After researching a few self storage facilities, I decided on CubeSmart and I have no regrets. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean, has bathrooms, carts, water fountains, multiple entrances with automatic doors and is well lit. I would feel safe going to this facility after-hours by myself.

In a world and time where businesses are (for the most part) working hard to make that bottom line, it is not too often you come across a facility that has members that do more than that; way more than that. I've been at this facility for nearly 7 years now (yeah, I know shame on me for having so much stuff). Was taken care of by a person by the name Iris. Yes, she's still there. A wonderful person to work with, helpful and candid. She follows my style of talking to customers; candid but yet respectful. The facility itself I'm giving 4 stars; in my opinion, a few improvements are needed such as somehow enforcing folks not using more than one cart while there. Folks that do that are just plain selfish. How they would enforce that, I'm not sure but it should be. Would be nice to have a garbage area for renters. The rents are not cheap and I'm sure they can add these. This is a big one for me. I used to use another storage at some point but would pick this one any day of the week.

She assisted us with everything and was always friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. I really appreciate that kind of customer service! Great experience!

Need more people like that, especially when helping and caring about her customers, she made my pops feel good. It’s hard to find good customer service especially being patiently. Lisa MaggioreI needed a space to store new kitchen and office cabinets until my contractor said we would need them. I priced out a few places and CubeSmart was by far the most affordable option. They also provided a customer service driven person who answered all questions and was personable, too. I also spoke to Iris who was also very helpful. The unit was clean and easy gate information. I highly recommend using CubeSmart for any storage needs.

Giving a four star as I’m not a fan of how the corporate office runs the pricing and we’ve had some issues here and there with no carts available to bring things to and from our unit. But it’s an overall good place for a storage unit.
