Crystal was extremely helpful. We arrived 3 minutes before closing and she never complained. Drive us around and made sure we were taken care of! She was funny and caring! Next time I need anything store I will come to whatever store she is at!

Came on property and talked to the PM Tina, she answered all of may questions I needed answered, she was very knowledgeable. I will be using PS again. Everytime I go into the office Tina is so friendly. She doesn't rush me out the door and she always answers my questions if I have any. She is always a Pleasure to talk with when I come to pay my bill.

Ron VLong time customer,the service has gone up exponentially in price while service is terrible. Can watch the horrible management decisions driving up prices and destroying any "customer service" that may have occurred in past. You can guess how bad the experience is to get me to actually take the time and effort to post this. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY AND OVERCHARGED! Read some reviews and they are obviously fake. The office on site was closed several years ago and staff only occasionally present and locked in inaccessible area. Tina did try to help me with a issue several years ago but was stopped by property manager.

She answered all my questions and some I didn't know I needed answers too. When I'm ready to Storage next month, I will definitely coming here to Storage!!!!
