The girl at the front desk was polite and listened to my needs. This is the first time renting storage for me. She explained everything and let me see the storage lockers before purchasing! She showed me how everything worked and didn't give me a bunch of hidden charges! Everything was handled patiently and professionally by her! She made it a pleasant experience!

Ben MillerStrongly would recommend NOT choosing this facility. It’s a bait and switch. Our initial rent of $31 a month was raised to $47 a month after two months. Would not trust these people! Avoid!
Jim RockWorked with Kelly, even though this was just a storage unit, you would think she was selling me a house! Since I'm storing antiques that I inherited, she took her time explaining why climate controlled unit was better for me. Showed me multiple sizes, and when I picked unit and did all the paperwork, I realized i wouldn't have room for anything else in the future. She didn't get aggravated with me, but cheerfully started over and got me the right size unit and a great price! Also actually helped me wrap everything up with on site supplies that I was able to purchase there including a lock (which I forgot to bring). Now my stuff is warm, protected and safe, cause God knows that stuff is never coming in my house! 5 star rating!!!
