She clearly explained everything about the units, the system, and all the details, and she was extremely helpful and patient. Barbara is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get help from Barbara.
Chris GiordanoI had such great service there I feel it deserves a review. I went in there the other day to help my grandma with her storage unit. She was having some problems and Anna was there to help us. Mind you grandma is very hard of hearing and not always the easiest to deal with. She was fantastic. Super patient, understanding, genuine, and walked her through every step very slowly to help her understand where her problem was. I wish more businesses had workers like Anna. The world needs more of her. Give that woman a raise! 💯
