My experience with obtaining storage for my vehicle was superb. I spoke to an out of state agent name Mario snd he was very transparent and informative regarding my rental needs. On site; I had the same Awesome customer service provided to me once I arrived into the site to sign the necessary documents and pay. Friendliness, transparency and informative customer service.
Overall pretty good for the price
Storage is fine. Only 2 problems: no on-site bathroom, and no AC for summer. Other than that, everything is perfect. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a loading dock for easy transportation and a 8 ft talk ceiling.

I came in about a week ago with my mom to get a van, we ran into a few issues with my account, Kirstin walked us through the process and did everything she needed to ensure we left with our van. She was extremely informative, polite, charismatic, and patient. She is THE BEST!!!!
