I had a really great experience getting checked in to my unit. The storage unit was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Maria was cordial & knowledgeable. She completed my rental agreement in about 15 minutes and helped make sure my gate code worked. She even drove me to show my unit before signing any paperwork. I wound up upsizing to a 5x10 after realizing the 5x5 wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t large enough. Her knowledge & PR skills are exemplary! I would highly recommend this Cube Smart location to others!

Showed up at the site on a Saturday at 12:35pm. No one around. Doors locked. Open Sign lit up in the window and a sign hanging in the window saying they will be back at 3:00pm. I am trying to close out my storage unit and get my deposit back. I live 40 minutes away from the place. I call their 800 customer support and they said they confirmed that the staff would be away for 3 hours of the 9 hours the site would be open today. Unbelievable!

The added bonus is that we could use their moving truck that is available for use when you need it. We use the facility seasonally and will definitely be back year after year!
Deanna PetersonI have used them for a few years now and have been happy. I only had one issue recently they took care of right away without a problem. 1/26 updated I wanted to switch out a unit i had with a new one and it was very fast and easy. Still very happy with them.
Jonathan McNallyDO NOT USE CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS AT THIS FACILITY. Had my items stored in the back climate controlled units for 1 year. Upon retrieving my items there was excessive Rodent and Water damage to my belongings. Concrete floors indicate elevated levels of moisture highlighted by the stains and weeping in photos below. Upon approaching management, I didn't even have to state my problem, but was met with "You don't have to tell me anything, I already know what the problem is" and informed me I would have to go through insurance. The fact that a known problem persisted but as a customer I was not informed is borderline negligence. But, please bombard me with emails telling me they're painting the building. Insurance is a giant scam. Don't use theirs - it evidently doesn't cover rodent damage. Lost sentimental and costly items. If you don't want your stuff looking like this, I highly recommend staying away from the storage facility. As a positive I will say, Ron and the front office were extremely polite and professional during almost every interaction - but politeness won't cover my losses.
