Excellent Customer Service, responded quickly, helpful with any questions. I tried calling the number listed and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize it was later at night but received a call back within minutes! Big selection of facilities, can meet any need. The place I chose was inexpensive, an older facility but EXCELLENT Customer Service and got in right away!! Very happy!!!

I was on a tight timeline and needed to move my vehicle in same day. It was easy to reserve a locker by phone for pre-arrival check-in. Oops! I tried to save a buck by choosing a unit that turned out to be a foot too short for my car. They helped me IMMENSELY by providing the flexibility to easily switch to a larger locker after-hours without hassle or financial penalty. Kudo's and thanks for the outstanding customer service and communication! (The only improvement I can think of would be an on-site lock vending machine ;)
