We got into this storage on a promo rate and it strayed that rate for a YEAR!!! We never expected to be having a storage this long but I'm thankful it stayed lower for as long as it did. We're at the Middleton branch in Nampa. Shelli has ALWAYS been VERY HELPFUL with helping me deal with issues I have had over the last few years. Usually pertaining to my payment. If I'm going to be late i just call her and let her know so the system doesn't keep trying to auto charge my card. We have a Bluetooth unit. And never have had any issues with that the entire 3+ years we have had our things stored here. I recommend getting online to find the best rates possible. We got into a 20×25 for just $80/month. And like I said before, that price never changed for 1 whole year. So it is worth it.

I opened up a unit with Shellie at the Storage Star Middleton South address in Nampa Idaho. She was so helpful in setting me up and addressing every concern I had about storage. I also was able to purchase supplies to cover my furniture at the location! Shellie is very patient and accommodating!

I had been with Storage Star since they were Storage Co-Op and the rates were good. Storage Co-Op raised our rent in small increments over the couple of years we were with them, but when Storage Star took over they raised our rent by $50, and also changed the hours of access. We could no longer have 24 hour access.

I've been at this facility for 6 years and the latest owners are the best we've had. Largely thanks to the outstanding service from Shelli Schiedel. The facility itself is clean and secure, but the customer service is what really stands out. I ran into an issue with my unit, and Shelli went completely above and beyond, working tirelessly until the problem was fully resolved. She was professional, dedicated, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to see that level of commitment. If you're looking for storage, I definitely recommend this place.

When I rented my unit, Storelocal owned the property. They increased my rent at least 5 times in less than 4 years. Over $60 in increases. When Storage Star took over their first move was to increase my rent $6 for the bogus insurance. The place is clean, and access was only interrupted twice in the 4 years I was their. So 3 stars is all I can give and that is generous. I hope I never have to store anything again.
