My Grandmother called me recently because she was having trouble accessing the facility. Living out of the State, I felt helpless. I called expecting to get a recording but to my surprise, a was greeted by Katy. I explained the situation to her. She told me to give her a date & time when my Grandmother wanted to stop by & she would make sure she was waiting outside for her. The next day, my Grandmother arrived (15 minutes early) to find Katy standing out front to greet her. I wouldn't have anticipated her arriving early & I know she's always early. Katy, thanks for being so patient, being there early & going above & beyond to help my Grandmother.
