I’m actually writing this review after moving out because the process was so easy and pleasant. I’ve had a unit here for about a year, and the experience was excellent the entire time. I’ve rented storage units in other cities before, and moving out was complicated and stressful — paperwork, delays, hoops to jump through. So I was honestly a little nervous ending my rental here. It couldn’t have been simpler. No hassle, no unnecessary paperwork — I left the unit empty and that was it. Everything was straightforward and smooth. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and snow-shoveled in the winter, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in the property. They were truly delightful to work with, and that’s why I felt it was worth leaving a review even after I’ve moved on.
Sophia MorseMatt helped me out so much. I was at their Fairview Location at first but then needed a bigger unit. The Maple Grove location had just the perfect size unit for me. Matt showed all the storage unit first to make sure I got the perfect size and prizing that I was wanting to fit into. He went through all the information with me and explained to me all the paperwork. Was great service! Would definitely recommend getting a unit with them. I also got a great deal on my unit and when I transferred they let me keep the deal.
