Manager at the location was outstanding. I needed to move up my move in date and he handled right away.
Quick, easy, outstanding customer service and great value
I did everything online. Was a little miffed that I couldn't avoid having to take out insurance, but it was easy to prove I already had it and wasn't charged for it. The manager who checked me in was an absolute diamond; I think her name was Valerie. The unit was spotless and just what I needed. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and family.

The storage yard is less than 10 minutes from my home. When I called on the phone, Valerie was very friendly and informative. For some reason, the online registration coughed on my card, so I went directly to the office to sign up. Valerie was good humored and friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. She showed genuine interest in my situation. The space was easy to find with her directions, and she explained the hours and gate password functions perfectly. Felt like home, thanks!

Great location.Very clean property, storage units are fully protected from the elements. Aisles are very good size, can easily fit 2 vehicles past each other. If you need, they will rent you a good lock for only $5/mo! Also an option for 24/7 access to the property for a small fee as well. I really love being able to open the gate from my phone app! So convenient for someone as small as me and not having my window roll down. Definitely get the app too.
DuaneValerie is the best. She is always so friendly whenever we have questions and goes above and beyond to help us either with better options or just recommendations in general. Highly recommend this location due to its ease of use and cleanliness but most of all the friendly staff.
