Great customer service - they're almost too friendly (: One of the lower priced ones in the area too!! Easy to access for customers, but definitely secure against intruders! Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!
We booked online and it was so easy! Also a huge thanks to Jeff at Extra Space Storage for making the process so easy!
The location was a little hard to find because I used, Waze & Apple Maps. The facility is not in the location those two apps stated. The only app to get you directly there is Google Maps. After finally finding the location, I was able to access it after hours and pull up in front of the unit. However I did not find the lock that was supposed to be in the unit, luckily there was a place close to purchase one. I left a message about the lock and was able to get it during business hours. The unit is the right size for my needs. Theresa is very helpful and friendly, Everything else is fine.
Manager very helpful and we were in and out quickly.
