Dshaunda and Sparkle need to teach a class on Customer Service! I came in to rent a storage that turned out to be the wrong size. They turned a bad situation into a wonderful one by being helpful, personable, and outstanding! They gave me the level of service I deserved as a customer and that is not easy to find anymore. I will only use Public Storage for my storage needs in the future because of these two ladies. Give them a raise!!!!

LAMIK LEWISTotally blown away by the level of service at this Public Storage to be honest with you I was totally pissed off with Public Storage in many ways thank God they have the right staff to keep their customers in place. Cordial fully knowledgeable and patient even at the end of the day when it’s time to go home. Best service I’ve ever had at this public or any Storage experience for that matter. Unfortunately I have been renting for six years and I have had horrible experiences with the company and the staff thank God they got some quality people to help keep their business alive. Paige and Lamiiko should be promoted praised and highly paid.

I had a question and she was able to address the issue right away. She also provided me with additional information and got me all taken care of. I had the Good Fortune to be serviced by Dshaunda, who was also training, answering incoming calls, and assisting walk-in clients. Multi-tasking with ease, Dshaunda handled all with both grace & a grin. She was incredibly professional, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. She showed me a unit, helped me source the perfect dimensions, climate conditions, and even helped me find a move in special. If I were able to give 10 stars I would. Definitely would recommend!!!!
